The Burudih Lake in the Ghatshila Block in East Singhbhum is a favourite site for water sports. There are facilities for motor and pedal boating, with upcoming provisions for water surfing and banana rides. The hillocks surrounding the lake are a part of the oldest rock site in the world. The forests covering the low hills are a part of the elephant corridor.
